This statement by Jack Welch is a beautiful formula for the present and future of the financial industry. Superficially, there is the traditional financial sector, however, stare in shock. Looking at only the use of social media elements, it happens here has been little. In the blog &quot;Visible Banking&quot; on the other hand, could be this week was a very impressive list of American banks, which use elements of Social Media. There seems to be in dialogue with the customer - in spite of far greater problems - a way to see things back to the better.

I also wonder why German companies seem so little to the generation of so-called &quot;digital natives&quot; employ, these are but the labor and consumer world of the future determine. Their leading from the older generation and incumbent still regarded with skepticism. All you can do on the Internet, it seems from the perspective of this generation either &quot;dangerous youth&quot; or &quot;hazardous property&quot; to be. How can this generation, the product is mostly on &quot;word of mouth&quot; on the Internet and the deadline for people to accept tips, they do not even know personally, nor will ever reach. How will you with this generation in the dialogue, if the mechanisms of the Internet does not know and fear the openness of the discussions there has. How will you ever reach generation, if you advertise in the media, by the Digital Natives no longer or only incidentally used, and also advertises on the Internet rather than just communicating. Yesterday I was in a blog on an interesting document become aware, which I read in this context highly recommend:
